Our new Main Street headquarters will include a dedicated production studio for businesses and creatives throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
After more than a decade in Downtown Wilkes-Barre, Coal Creative is starting its next chapter on Main Street in Downtown Pittston.
This move gives us more than a new address. It gives us the opportunity to create something we’ve wanted for years: a dedicated production studio built to support bigger ideas, new collaborations, and more creative work across the region.
A New Home for Coal Creative
Downtown Wilkes-Barre has been our home for more than a decade and has played an important role in Coal Creative’s growth into the company we are today.
We’re incredibly thankful for everything Wilkes-Barre has meant to Coal Creative, and a change in address doesn’t change our connection to the city or the relationships we’ve built throughout the Wyoming Valley.
At the same time, we’re excited to become part of the continued momentum in Downtown Pittston. We’ve already had the opportunity to meet with the Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Pittston Partnership, and city leadership to learn more about the community, share what we’re building, and explore ways Coal Creative can get involved.
A Dedicated Production Studio
One of the biggest opportunities that came with this move is an approximately 1,100 sq ft space that we’re transforming into a dedicated production studio separate from our primary offices.
For Coal Creative, the studio gives us room to take on more ambitious photo, video, and content production while expanding what we can offer our clients.
Just as importantly, we want the space to be useful beyond our own projects.
Photographers, videographers, podcasters, artists, businesses, and other creatives will be able to use the studio for their own productions, shoots, and ideas.
As the space develops, we also see opportunities for collaborations, events, original programming, and other creative projects throughout the region.
What’s Next?
Work is already underway throughout our new home and production studio, and there’s a lot more to come.
Over the next several weeks, we’ll be sharing the buildout process, introducing more of what the studio will offer, and sharing details on how businesses and creatives throughout the region can use the space.
After more than a decade in Downtown Wilkes-Barre, we’re grateful for everything that brought Coal Creative to this point and excited about what comes next in Downtown Pittston.
