IWTV’s The Masked Wrestler
In 2020, Coal Creative collaborated with IndependentWrestlingTV to produce a full season of its exciting streaming series, “The Masked Wrestler: Tournament of Mystery.” The thrill of reality competition television met the excitement of an independent wrestling tournament each week, when the eliminated wrestler reluctantly removed his or her mask.
Our video team played an essential part in the series’ success, and helped lead the creative process including writing, planning production, shooting the episodes and capturing audio. Our team also led the extensive post production, which established the exciting and wholly original look and feel of the series. “The Masked Wrestler” was widely and critically acclaimed among the independent wrestling community.
For Season 2, filmed in one day in New Jersey, we continued our collaboration with IndependentWrestlingTV. The first episode of Season 2 ratchets up the drama with wild costumes, an insane story, and quick action, promising an even more thrilling experience for fans of the series.
