Anthony has a deep passion for people and the community. He gets curious, thinks strategically, and communicates effectively. As our Business Development Manager, Anthony builds and preserves trusting relationships with current and future collaborators, partners, and the team. He supports our intake process, including proposals and contracts, implements efforts to fuel our growth, and fosters strong community partnerships through outreach and engagement.
Growing up, Anthony sharpened his writing skills and found his voice through high school speech and debate. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Writing and Communications from King’s College. As an undergrad, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper, spent time on stage in the theatre department, and advocated with his peers as part of the student LGBTQ+ group.
Professionally, Anthony spent eight and a half years in workforce development. He assisted job seekers in pursuing new opportunities and continuing their education, as well as worked closely with the local funder to administer and execute grant programs and special projects in partnership with employers and community partners.
Anthony has been involved with several nonprofit and community-based organizations including the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Rainbow Alliance, the Osterhout Free Library, and CASA of Luzerne County. Most notably, he served as Chair of the Rainbow Alliance Board of Directors in 2021 and Chair of the Chamber’s Young Professionals Council in 2022. In recognition of these efforts, Anthony received the Rainbow Alliance’s Inaugural NEPA Pride Champion of the Year Award and the Chamber’s 2022 Young Professional Leadership Award.
Anthony is the second youngest of seven siblings to which he attributes his sense of play and competitive spirit. He is energized by new adventures, like the time he went paragliding in Switzerland, and pushing himself to reach his goals, such as running the 2023 New York City Marathon as a proud member of Team Allied Services and You. Anthony is always up for a cup of coffee and conversation, especially if you want to talk tennis!
