The Project Manager is accountable for the success or failure of a project. Typical responsibilities of a project manager include: Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects — defining the project and building its comprehensive work plan within the defined budget.
- Plan and implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Allocate project resources
- Create schedules and project timelines
- Track deliverables
- Support and direct team members and departments
- Lead quality assurance on all projects; getting final sign off from Creative Director
- Monitor and report on overall project progress
- Present to Directors reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and deadlines
- Evaluate and assess the results of projects
- Communicate with collaborators (our clients) and partners effectively and consistently

Role Details
- Starting Hourly Rate: $14 to $16 (dependent on experience)
- Position Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
- Position Location: In-House at our Wilkes-Barre location at 67-69 Public Square, Suite 600
