Become a Game Show Contestant on Chamber Challenge Live!

On Wednesday. February 15th, the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce is hosting their next networking event featuring an all new LIVE game show: The Chamber Challenge! The entire event will run from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. There will be networking, snacks, and refreshments throughout the first hour leading into the game show event starting promptly at 7:00pm. This event is sponsored by Coal Creative and hosted at the THINK Center, where two teams will be competing in a quiz bowl-style event. All event proceeds will go to the winning teams chosen non-profit. The charismatic Will Beekman, Executive Director of the F.M. Kirby Center, will be hosting the event.

The Chamber Challenge is broken down into multiple rounds. The first round will consist of multiple choice questions related to NEPA nonprofits. Leading into the second round, the teams will be asked some “Heyna or No” questions about the area. Nearing the end of the game show portion, the contestants will speed through a Lightning Round pertaining to pop culture within the area. Finally, the show will be wrapped up with a fundraising planning round where the teams will have 15 minutes to develop a plan for an event project, donation, or the like for the non-profit organization that they are playing for.

That’s not all! There will be Audience Games sprinkled throughout the game show for both our in-person attendees as well as those watching at home from Facebook LIVE. Better yet, for anyone that pre-registers, they will also have the opportunity to be the final contestant for each team!
