Happy Valentine’s Day!

On Sunday, October 9, 2016, I began my journey with CoalCreative.com as the Director of Business Development. My first task? Painting the entire new studio with Owner/CEO, Gerard Durling. We turned on Facebook LIVE and streamed the first couple hours of painting. I can admit that on that day I was not entirely in the know of how much video production and live streaming would change the direction of our company for the better.  Over the next few weeks, we laid out a plan of action to tackle 30 straight days of sharing Social Media Tips and Tricks throughout the month of November. The list of accomplishments, proud moments, quality content, and innovative ideas that have come from the CoalCreative team since then has been continuous with no end in sight.

Since October, we have grown – to put it simply. We have brought on three additional employees in-house and launched our new internship program in January 2017, adding another six students to the team.

On a day reserved for utmost love and appreciation, I would like to take a moment to say thank you to the entire CoalCreative team.

You are incredible. The work and passion you exude day in and day out is appreciated tenfold.

We recognize the fast-paced world of creative marketing can be perpetually stressful. With this being said, we cannot thank you enough for your dedication to building the CoalCreative brand in a positive light. Your hard work does not go unnoticed and we recognize that we would not be where we are today without each of you playing your part. Day in and day out, I watch each of you learn and grow from one another. It is fascinating due to the fact that I know you all have extremely busy workloads in addition to the fact that many of you are also pursuing some of your other passions in your personal lives as well.

The more I witness the creative minds around me execute ideas into reality, the more I know CoalCreative is exactly where I should be. This is a team I am proud to be apart of and I truly hope you all can say the same.
