NEPA Creative Sponsors 2020 Scranton Fringe Fest

It’s that time of year again! The 5th Annual Scranton Fringe Festival is quickly approaching! What’s more exciting- Coal Creative and our community arm NEPA Creative have the pleasure of sponsoring this year’s festival! 

The Scranton Fringe Festival will run from Thursday, September 24th to Sunday, October 4th at various locations throughout downtown Scranton. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival will look a little different this year but will be JUST as fun. Fringe Under Glass will feature live works of art behind the windows of various downtown Scranton businesses and venues. Performances will consist of solo artists or small groups in order to entertain audiences while following social distancing guidelines. Some of the artists and cultural groups to be featured include The Black Scranton Project, Gaslight Theatre Company, The Pop Up Studio, and more. 

The Coal Creative team has always been supportive of the arts, especially the many talented artists in our area. The Scranton Fringe Festival showcases some of the best and brightest talent in the region, which is just one of the many reasons we are so proud to call NEPA home.
