Say Hello to Liv, The Coal Crew’s Newest Intern!

At Coal Creative, we’re always looking for bright young minds to (al)lure into our ranks of awe-inspiring artists, charming creators and dashing designers. Every year, we take on a few next-gen marketers as interns to show the ropes and expand our scope.

To that end, we’re extremely excited to announce our newest intern working alongside the Coal Crew (drumroll, please): Olivia Roth! 

Liv will be working with the Content Team to press out press releases and spin sizzlin’ social media posts as she learns all about the wonderful world of marketing.

Liv’s Life and Likes

Liv is a junior at West Chester University of Pennsylvania (Go Golden Rams!). As a certified literature and music aficionado, she’ll surely be bumping her favorite audiobooks and albums anywhere from the scenic town of West Chester to our home in Wilkes-Barre. 

Like a vibrant spring meadow, Liv favors a palette of green and purple to color her life (specifically, sage and lilac). When it comes to munching—kitkats, goldfish (the crackers, not the creatures) and white-cheddar popcorn are her snacks of choice. 

As for adventure, a semester abroad in Israel before college has been her greatest journey to date.

Liv’s Role at Coal and Future Aspirations

When interning at Coal Creative, new recruits have one of four choices for terrific teams to work with:

• Content
• Sales 
• Design
• Video

This quintessential quadrumvirate represents the core Coal Crew and hopping on any of these teams gives interns a unique snapshot of contemporary marketing and advertising.

As mentioned, Liv will be living it up with the content crew as she hones her writing skills and learns which aspects of marketing tickle her fancy. One major facet of the trade she’s interested in uncovering is how Coal takes information from our collaborators and elevates it into the characteristically creative ideas that improve their businesses (don’t worry, we’ll share some of our secrets).
