The Project Manager is accountable for the success or failure of a project. Typical responsibilities of a project manager include: Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects — defining the project and building its comprehensive work plan within the defined budget. 

  • Plan and implement projects
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Allocate project resources
  • Create schedules and project timelines
  • Track deliverables
  • Support and direct team members and departments
  • Lead quality assurance on all projects; getting final sign off from Creative Director
  • Monitor and report on overall project progress
  • Present to Directors reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and deadlines
  • Evaluate and assess the results of projects
  • Communicate with collaborators (our clients) and partners effectively and consistently

Role Details

  • Starting Hourly Rate: $14 to $16 (dependent on experience)
  • Position Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
  • Position Location: In-House at our Wilkes-Barre location at 67-69 Public Square, Suite 600
