Throughout 2017, we are working with our interns to highlight 52 Creatives from the NEPA region. We believe creativity is a broad term that cannot be easily confined within the walls of one simple definition. We want to know what being creative means to you and how you bring that creativity to light.
Emily Bellanco is the 52nd and final #NEPACreative of 2017. Emily brings creativity to NEPA through multiple mediums of art.
Emily not only was a vital part of the creation of the #NEPACreative series, but is an overall creative mind. Emily bring creativity to the area through different art platforms such as drawing, painting, photography, graphic design, and videography. Emily happened to stumble upon a love of art during her first year of college. Currently in her final year at Wilkes University in the Digital Design and Media Art program, Emily’s passion has only grown.
Emily started at CoalCreative as an intern last December. As her first project, Emily started the #NEPACreative series with Holly Pilcavage, director of business development here at CoalCreative. After her internship, her graphic design skills and vast creativity earned her a permanent position on the CoalCreative team as a digital designer. Since then, Emily has become a vital part of the CoalCreative team. Emily would like to thank Holly and Gerard for believing in her creative vision and letting her be part of the family here at Coal. In addition, she would like to thank each and every creative that has been a part of this series, as they all played a part in making it the rousing success it ended up being. To Emily, being creative means conveying your ideas in your own unique way and making your mark on the world.
