Over the last month, I’ve been sharing posts from our business Facebook page to my personal profile.

Some days, I just share the post without saying anything.

The most effective way seemed to be when I actually took the time to write out a reason behind why I was sharing the post. People tend to react more when you take the time to explain why you’re sharing something.

So the next time you’re making a post to your personal brand’s social media accounts, remember that that’s not always the same voice that you have, you have your own, and quite often, we as humans relate to other humans opinions. Make it part of your strategy to relate, to be social and don’t just share something..
